It wouldn’t be Longleat without Lions would it?

I thought I’d give you a slide show so you could watch the 2 young lions play-fighting and falling over in the process. 

They’re just big softies really aren’t they!

    • well you are driving round with your windows closed ( so these are taken through glass) in each compound there is a staff member in a jeep, always fairly near to wherever the particular animal is, and they move around sort of following the animals but keeping their distance ( see tomorrows post 😉 ) It’s obviously a security thing. The animals themselves can decide how close they come to you and some of the lions came VERY close wealking across the road just in front of my car. These were probably about 6-7 metres away. I was using my trusty 55-300mm lens.
