.
Yesterday I gave you “A Magical Light in the Forest” and promised you more so here they are now.
I am sure there will be quite a few more trees in this Scotland series as the forest’s are so glorious.

I can always be wooed with an enchanted forest! If I’d been Gretel, my wicked step-mother wouldn’t have had to lure me to the forest to abandon me – I’d have run off on my own! (Of course I would have had to cajole that whingy, whiny Hansel, who’d rather stay and be abused…)
hahaha your comment did make me laugh Veronica 😀
Wonderful images. I have a passion for Scotland also, I go wild camping in the highlands every summer and this year had the pleasure of finding myself in my own piece of enchanted woodland situated by a loch – it was like Shangri-la….
It is wonderful to be able to be so isolated at times Matthew. Thank you for your kind words and welcome to my blog
lovely, especially the bottom one. It does look a bit like a magical landscape.
Thanks Caroline.. light in forests always delights me
Certainly does look enchanted.
I tried some of these in B&W MM but just didn’t have the same impact somehow
Bottom one’s my favorite. Looking for mushrooms in faerie rings….
Mine too Scilla, I took several shots like this and had a terrible job deciding which one to use.
The bottom one! The light on the ferns/moss-so beautiful!
The light was gorgeous in this forest.
The light really is magical, Helen. The last image is fantastic.
Thanks Karen.. it seems to be the favourite
Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh – just stunning, Helen.
Ohhhhhhhhhhh is good Robyn 😉
The forests of Canada have worked their way into my English soul – these photos interweave both. The forest anywhere is a magical and mysterious environment where I have found peace and fear…
Thanks for your comment John… I like forests in good light only, if I am on my own.. not so keen at dusk and when darkness falls!
Dead jealous of that bottom shot.
Thanks Rachael.. I was rather pleased with it 🙂

I like all three of these, but that bottom one, with those lines of green going off into the distance, is really good! Adrian
Thanks again Adrian.. the bottom one is coming out on top so to speak!
