Kew Gardens – Even Knights get tired.

.

I have a bit of a thing about not giving children toy weapons because I don’t think they should be encouraged to think fighting is a game or fun … but this is a photography blog so I’m not going to go on about it !

  1. Lovely captures that really tell a story, he looks tired out in that last shot! I used to work near Kew and walk there during lunchtime, I have not been though for a couple of years now, I must make another visit!

  2. In my experience, they will find a weapon come what may. A stick makes a good gun, sword, light sabre. Lovely shots. I especially like the two on the bench.

    • Thanks Rachael.. unfortunately you are right but there are many reasons for this.. TV, other chioldren, parents playing fighting type gamnes with their children. I believe it’s important not to give children toy weapons and to try to teach that war and violence are not good things or fun
