Soft Blue
I suddenly felt desperate for a bit of soft blue and macro as a change from all the hard landscapes and darkness of recent posts.
So here you are!
These were taken early in January in one of the green houses in the Cambridge University Botanic Gardens.
The plant is an Echium Candicans . (isn’t google a wonderful thing 😉 )

That last one is my favorite! So cute
Thanks Mimo, I think it’s probably the 2nd one for me though I love the blurriness of the 3rd
Really lovely – a kind of childish colour combination, and I just love it!
Great way to describe it Britta-karin.. I love that
The pale shades and gentle shapes of the second and third suggest an evening at the ballet.
OH lovely thought louis.. I like that a lot !
The second is my favorite, soft and delicate; very pretty!
‘Tis pretty isn’t it… unusual for me !
Excellent, beautiful, amazing, and so artistic… I loved them all. Thank you dear Helen, with my love, nia

So delicate and vulnerable.
Glad it comes across like that Elena because the actual plant is quite big and sturdy..
